Lily Ichise is a Japanese American and graduate of Babson College, where she founded and served as president of the Japanese International Circle (JIC), bringing students together through Japanese culture and community. She now works in U.S.–Japan business and marketing and is passionate about building connections between the two countries. She believes in creating spaces where the next generation of Nikkei can form lasting friendships, explore their interests, and grow together.

Xavier is a Japanese American from the Seattle area studying engineering at Olin College, with a passion for entrepreneurship. Through the Nikkei community he's connected with fellow Nikkeis across the Americas, from Peru to Mexico to Brazil, and loves finding the shared heritage that ties them together.

Zion is a Mechanical Engineering student at Olin, originally from the Seattle area. Through MIRAI, he strives to connect more to his Japanese heritage. He seeks to build connections within the community and work on projects that combine both Japanese culture and his passion for engineering.

Yoh is from western Massachusetts planning to study Mechanical Engineering at Olin. He enjoys challenging himself through exposing himself to new experiences. With this community, he aims to develop a space for all people who share the identity or hope to connect with the community.

Angie is Japanese American and grew up primarily in Busan, South Korea, and Northern Minnesota. She is currently pursuing a business degree at Babson College. Throughout her childhood, she immersed herself in international environments, including teaching Japanese and Brazilian students through the Northwoods Adventure Summer Camp Counselor Program. She is excited to continue engaging with diverse, global communities and to help others do the same!
